Updates via FTP or E-Mail Email & FTP Prophet makes several daily update packages available to subscribers via FTP transfer and e-mail. Updates are in standard ASCII format and are automatically e-mailed and posted to Prophet's FTP site shortly after the close of the U.S. markets. You can use this raw text data in your own programs or spreadsheets. The equities update contains all active listed stocks from the NYSE, AMEX, and NASDAQ exchanges. You receive the open, high, low, close, and volume for each stock, as well as the full company name. The futures updates contain the open, high, low, close, volume and open interest for all the worldwide markets that Prophet covers. You get information for every contract which traded on that day, as well as the prior day's information, since exchanges typically report their official volume and open interest the next day. Options updates are available for both futures options and index+equity options. These update files contain the symbol, open, high, low, close, volume, and open interest for every option traded on that given day.
